Learn how to set defaults for document generation in Matium and how to manage tags.

Note: You must have Admin permissions in order to access any of the Administration features listed here. Reach out to your company's tenant administrator for questions about permissions.

Global Organization Settings

To set defaults for document generation in Matium or to manage tags, click on Administration in the left sidebar and then the Organization tab.

Document Settings

Document settings allows you to provide default text for the documents generated in Matium including:

  • Bill of Lading

  • Shipping Confirmation

  • Purchase Order

  • Invoice

    • Payment Instructions

    • Terms and Conditions

    • Payment Terms

Note that these settings are global for all users in your company tenant. However, the text is just a default and users can modify as needed when generating a document.

Tags

Tags allow users to group related items in Matium. They can then be used to filter, create custom views and help manage workflows.

Click the Add button and provide a label to create a new tag.

Click the ellipsis icon next to an existing tag to edit or delete it.

Note that tags are global for all users in your company tenant. Deleting a tag will remove it from all items it is currently attached to.
