Matium is invite only for a reason so if you feel someone you know should be connecting with another company on Matium, invite them on.

In the same breath - if you are communicating with another user just follow the Golden Rule. Treat each other how you want to be treated.

Be nice, be prompt, be helpful.

This shouldn't be hard (but sometimes it is). Do what you say and say what you do. Simply put - if you can't do a service or work with a certain material, don't market that you can.

Saying you can do a service and then subbing it out is grounds for removal from Matium.
